With few weeks to the commencement of the 8th FIFA Women’s World Cup final, Nigeria, France, United States of America (USA) and 13 other countries have been confirmed to have submited either their final or provisional team lists to the Federation of International Football Federation (FIFA) and the French Local Organizing Committee (LOC).
While Nigeria’s Super Falcons Head Coach Thomas Dennerby submitted a list of 27 players, his counterparts in England, USA and Australia to mention just a few have unveiled their 23- woman final list.
However, 8 countries including Canada ranked 5 by FIFA are yet to announce their rosters. others are Brazil (10), Chile (39), China (16), Jamaica (53), South Africa (49), Sweden (9) and Thailand (34).
The competition will kick off on June 7 and end on July 7, 2019.
