The President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau has extended warm felicitations to Nigerians and Muslims across the world on the occasion of this year’s Eid El-Fitri, marking the end of the Holy month of Ramadan.
In a goodwill message, the NFF President congratulated Muslim faithful for successfully completing the period of fasting, prayer, and reflection, urging them to uphold the values and lessons learned during Ramadan.
“Eid El-Fitri is a day to celebrate and to thank Almighty Allah for the successful completion of the Holy month of Ramadan,” Gusau said.
He further called on members of the Nigerian football family and the general public to remain steadfast in faith, unity, and continued prayers for the progress of the nation’s football governing body.
Gusau emphasized the importance of collective support and spiritual commitment toward the growth and success of football in Nigeria, noting that unity and discipline remain key to achieving set goals.
I urge the football family and Nigerians at large to continue to pray for the leadership of the Nigerian Football Federation to succeed,” he added.
The NFF President concluded his message by wishing all Muslims a joyful and peaceful celebration.
“I wish everyone a peaceful and successful Eid celebration,” he said.
