Super Eagles legend, coach Eguavoen bags FIFA Leadership Diploma in Zurich

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Technical Director and former Super Eagles head coach Augustine Owen Eguavoen has added more feathers to his long cap as he has obtained a FIFA Leadership Diploma after successfully completing a leadership programme organised by the world football governing body.

Eguavoen received the certificate at the FIFA headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, marking a significant milestone in his professional development within football administration.

The programme is designed to equip football administrators and technical leaders with modern leadership, governance and management skills aimed at improving the global development of the game.

The former Super Eagles  captain and ace defender’s achievement is expected to further strengthen technical planning and administrative capacity within Nigerian football as the federation continues efforts to enhance the development of the sport in the country.
