Three days to the first leg of the prestige double-header international friendly matches between Nigeria and Cameroon, and with all the 23 invited players present at the Am2pm Hotel in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state, head coach Justin Madugu has tweaked the team’s programme as he has adopted twice daily training regime.
Prompt News exclusively reports that the team that trained once on Tuesday at Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne-Remo, venue of the first match on Saturday, May 31, 2025, Wednesday trained twice at the same venue with the first session holding from 9:30am to 11:00am while the second training session started by 5:00pm to end by 6:30pm.
In the same vein, the coaching crew is working hard to imbibe in the players the new tactics to adopt in the crunchy encounter against Nigeria’s old-rivals Cameroon in the two-legged friendly matches with the second tie billed for Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at MKO Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta.
