TotalEnergies WAFCON 2022: Super Falcons camp bubbles as four foreign-based players arrive camp

More players have arrived the Super Falcons Bolton White Hotels Abuja camp as training intensified ahead of the team’s departure for Rabat, Morocco for a short training camp before the start of the 11th TotalEnergies Women African Cup of Nations (WAFCON) which will hold from July 2 to 23, 2022.

Sportsrevelation reports that the arrival of Amanda Uju Mbadim, Toni Payne, Yewande Balogun and Michelle Alozie has jerked up the number of players currently in camp to 21 just as more are expected to joined the team in Morocco next week.

Already in camp and training under the watchful eyes of the technical crew are captain Onome Ebi, Tochukwu Oluehi, Rita Chikwelu, Osinachi Ohale, Asisat Oshoala, Chinonyerem Macleans, Chidinma Okeke and Gift Monday.

Others are firstchoice goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie, Ugochi Emenayo,
Peace Effih, Rasheedat Ajibade, Christy Ucheibe, Suliat Abideen, Rita Akereko, Opeyemi Sunday, Akudo Ogbonna and Glory Ogbonna.

The Super Falcons who are training on the newly regrassed training pitch 1 of the MKO Abiola National Stadium Abuja, will start twice training regime from Monday, few days before the team departs for Morocco.
