Super Falcons: Tickets go on sale for 4-Nation Tourney in USA

The organizers of the prestigious  4-Nation Women’s  Soccer  Tournament featuring USA, Nigeria, Portugal and Jamaica,

 billed for Texas, United States of America

(USA) have concluded plans to put tickets for all the matches on sale to the public from tomorrow (Saturday), May 29 at 10 a.m. CT through ussoccer.com.

Although fans in the United States have been able to participate in exclusive pre-sales  purchase since Tuesday, May 25, 2021, fans across the world including Nigeria can buy their match tickets from May 29, 2021 to attend the tournament tagged

‘Summer Series’ presented by AT&A 5G.

Sportsrevelation exclusively gathered that tickets for the  matches especially USA versus Nigeria tie slated for June 16, at Q2 Stadium in Austin in what will be the first soccer match at the brand new, state-of-the-art venue, have almost been snapped up by American football fans.

An Atlanta-based University Don, Professor Susan  O’Brien who follows African football revealed that she has purchased her tickets to watch the matches in Texas  and is looking forward to enjoy this good games this summer.

“I am happy to inform you that I have already bought my match  tickets to watch the ‘Summer Series’ in Texas. I am looking forward to see the Nigerian senior women’s football team, Super Falcons at close quarters”, Prof. O’Brien who visited the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) three years ago in the course of her Research Work informed this reporter today.

 Meanwhile, the organizers have restated that once the teams arrive in Houston, and for the USA and Nigeria match in Austin, all the players and staffers will operate inside highly controlled environments at the host hotels.

They also said the staging of trainings and the matches will fall under the comprehensive U.S. Soccer Return to Play Protocols and Guidelines and in accordance with the Concacaf Return to Play Protocols.

For this reason,  everyone entering the controlled environment will be tested for COVID-19 before traveling, upon arrival and periodically thereafter. The teams will not begin full team training until the results of all arrival tests are confirmed.

Already, both Nigeria and USA Head Coaches have named their rosters for the with USWNT gaffer,

Vlatko Andonovski inviting 23 players with superstars, Megan Rapione, Alex Morgan and Carli Lloyds in the mix.

American-born Nigeria’s Coach, Randy Waldrum on his own has called on veterans Onome Ebi, Rita Chikwelu, Osinachi Ohale and  reigning African Best Women’s Footballer and UEFA Women’s  Champions League Trophy winner with FC Barcelona feminine, Asisat Lamina Oshoala to camp ahead of the USA tournament.
