Nigeria’s Under-17 women’s football team coach, Oloowokere Abiodun says he is still in touch with his players and will be ready to resume camping at a short notice whenever the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) gives green light for the resumption of training.

Speaking exclusively to Sportsrevelation the youthful coach said that he is prepared to get back to work if the authorities permits, saying that he has been monitoring the Flamingos players during the lockdown. He disclosed that he has continued to talk to each of the players through various platforms and believe that they have not missed much.

According to Oloowokere, “I devised means of giving the U-17 players assignments to execute. We chat always and exchange videos. I am sure they are not missing much action as they also train individuall”.

Nigeria has adte with Ghana in October in a two-leg final qualifiers fir the 2021 FIFA U-17 Womens World Cup billed for India.
